  Called for delivery order and ended up speaking with a man who was barely audible and kept me on the phone for 12 minutes, repeated saying, "hold on." Delivery took 35 minutes for a 2 mile distance. Part of my order was missing. The delivery person suggested he was going to bring the missing item back. 30 minutes later I called to inquire about the rest of my order. Neither the inaudible man or his manager knew anything about it. I had to give all my information again and was told my item would be delivered right away. Another 15 minutes later, I called again to cancel this supposed "correction" because I was tired of holding my breath and requested my money back instead. I'm eagerly awaiting the return of my money to my account but suspect I'll get stuck dealing with it tomorrow, and the next day, and maybe the next. Totally unhappy. *UPDATE* ANOTHER HALF HOUR LATER, MY ITEM WAS DELIVERED! I HAD TO BREAK THE NEWS TO THIS POOR GUY THAT I CANCELLED IT AND SENT HIM AWAY. Now I REALLY have my doubts that my money will be returned to my card without my having to call and call and call. What a mess. My best advice to this team - communicate at a higher level with your customers and with each other to avoid losing business in the future. It just a sandwich shop, guys! Get it together.

  I've had delivery from this location before and then one day they refuse to deliver to sylvan lake. 2 miles down telegraph. Decided to walk in for an order. Me my wife stood there being ignored for 5 mins before they took our order. It took another 20 mins to get our food.

  Terrible delivery service. It took 1 hour and 26 minutes for my food to get here and items were missing. The delivery person was nice and apologized, explaining that the other driver called off and she only clocked in 15 minutes ago. Had that been communicated to me earlier, like when I called and asked what was taking so long, I would have been completely fine with it. However, I was left in the dark the entire time and continually told it should only be another 10-15min. Until this location gets enough staff to run smoothly or better management, I wouldn't recommend going. Its not worth the time.
